Menu Planning Monday- Week 2

Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend;) We are all home again with yet another snow day. At least my hubby is home from work, that always makes snow days nicer! It is the never ending winter over here in Virginia. When I was planning my meals for the week, I originally wrote down like 4 soup recipes. Looking back over it again, I decided I needed a little more variety even if I’m cold!

Here is my tentative menu for the week:


Overnight Cookie Bowl Oatmeal (E)- p. 232 (I like to eat this reheated bc I prefer my oatmeal warm;)
