Chicken Curry- S

  • 6 chicken tenderloins
  • red and yellow peppers
  • zucchini
  • minced garlic
  • 1 T. red curry paste
  • 4 t. coconut oil
  • ¾ c. almond milk
  • 1 T. butter
  1. Cook and cube chicken
  2. Sautee veggies in coc. oil
  3. Combine chicken and veggies
  4. Add milk, paste, and minced garlic
*For added flavor, add jalapenos to the pan, but don't eat unless you really like spice!

*eat over cauli rice and because there is so much fat and flavor in the curry, you won't miss real rice!
